Login Information:

• If you forgot your username/password or you are uncertain if you have a Central Assign account select the link Forgot Password --- submit your e-mail address --- select your username --- click on submit, your Central Assign account data will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. 

• If you do not have a Central Assign account select the link in the red box REQUEST LOGIN --- you will be prompted to fill out an on-line form --- when you have completed filling out all the required fields click on the Register button to start your account set-up --- your account information will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

• Active users fill in you username and password --- select Login to go to your Central Assign account page
